Women’s Hoops Grabs Star Rising

ABILENE – All-Conference guard/forward Kenadi Rising joins the women’s basketball team at Abilene Christian this fall. A 5-11 graduate of Highland Community College, Rising brings solid credentials to the Wildcats. The Rapid City, South Dakota native averaged 13.6 points, 6.8 rebounds and 2.3 assists last season at HCC. “Kenadi has a great offensive skill set that mirrors our offensive philosophy,” said ACU Head Coach Julie Goodenough. “She is a long, strong, perimeter player who can score from the three-point line and create to finish in the paint.
