
Seniors drive baseball to season-ending win over Liberty
LYNCHBURG, Va. — The Bellarmine University baseball team went out with a bang. In their season finale Saturday at Liberty Baseball Stadium, the Knights rolled to a senior-driven 13-6 romp over the Flames in ASUN action. Bellarmine (13-42, 8-22 ASUN) posted its third-highest run total of the season in the series finale against Liberty (26-28, 16-14). The Knights amassed 10 hits, but their patience at the plate was equally as important, as they drew a season-high 12 walks, which was five more than their previous best.
