After claiming CAC title, Sand Sharks set for Nationals
BLUFFTON, S.C. – The USCB women’s golf team, coming off its first Continental Athletic Conference title two weeks again in San Antonio, prepare for its final appearance in the NAIA Women’s National Championship being held at TPC Deere Run in Silvis, Illinois this week. The Sand Sharks wrapped up play at CAC shooting 610 as a team – 10 strokes ahead of Victoria (B.C.) – with Ashleigh Mead leading the field with a tournament-best -6 par.
