LINCOLN, Neb. (May 31, 2023) – Nebraska Wesleyan’s Avery Decker, Bre Geary, Isabella Hilger, Isabella Hogue and Alexa Koza were named to the Academic All-District Team in the women’s cross country and track and field category, which is chosen by CSC (College Sports Communicators). Avery Decker has primarily found her success in the javelin throw for Nebraska Wesleyan University. After converting from a distance runner her freshman year, Decker has recorded back-to-back NCAA All-American awards and earned A-R-C Conference Champion in the popular field event.
