Top 10 highest-drafted brothers in NBA draft history

T8. Markieff and Marcus Morris – No. 13, No. 14

The Kansas duo was one of the rare brother combos to be selected in the first round of the same draft in 2011. Markieff heard his name called first, going No. 13 overall to the Phoenix Suns while Marcus headed to the Houston Rockets just a pick later. After three seasons at Kansas, the twins have gone on to play 12 seasons in the league and will continue to play at the highest level moving forward.
