#UAPBVolleyball Lady Lions Fall To UIW

STEPHENVILLE, TX — The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff volleyball team battled a tough opposing Cardinals offense Friday but fell to Incarnate Word in three sets (18-25, 19-25, 13-25). The non-conference loss moved UAPB to 0-1 on the season. Laila Fortson finished with four kills and three blocks to lead the charge for the Lady Lions. Amayah Jones and Zykia Jones finished with four kills on the day adding to the Lady Lions attack. UAPB got six digs from Lyla Jones to lead them defensively.
