Chicago Red Stars Defender, Casey Krueger, Named to NWSL August Best XI

Chicago Red Stars defender and Naperville native, Casey Krueger, was named to the National Women’s Soccer League’s (NWSL) August Best XI, the league announced today. In August, Krueger played a full 90 minutes in all three of Chicago’s matches. As Krueger has done all season, the defender patrolled the Red Stars’ left flank, making her presence felt on both the defensive and offensive sides of the pitch.
