Rice Football wasted no time in a thorough drubbing of Texas Southern, moving to 2-1 and securing the “Clutch City Sweep” over all Houston programs. Texas Southern barely stood a chance on Saturday in their matchup with Rice football, which dominated their visiting intra-city foes from the very first snap.
