Grant Spada commits to Storm

Guelph, ON – Guelph Storm General Manager George Burnett announced today that 2023 tenth round selection Grant Spada has signed an OHL scholarship and development agreement with the hockey club. The 6’4, 187 lbs left-shot defenseman from Fort Erie, Ontario was selected by the Storm with the 194th overall pick in this year’s OHL Priority Selection. In his OHL draft year, the 2007-born blueliner recorded 1 goal and 10 assists for 11 points in 35 regular season games for the Halton Hurricanes U16 AAA program.
