The Oshawa Generals had a disappointing start to the season with a 4-2 loss against the Kingston Frontenacs. Despite an early lead from Ryder McIntyre, the Generals couldn’t hold on as the Frontenacs came back strong in the second period. Rookie Tristan Delisle received a major penalty and was ejected from the game, but Oshawa managed to kill off the Frontenacs power play. Dylan Roobroeck scored the game-tying goal for Oshawa, but Kingston took control in the third period, securing the win with a fortunate bounce and an empty-net goal.
