Laker Men’s Basketball Continue Hot Start With 75-62 Win Against Quincy

KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The Lake Superior State (LSSU) men’s basketball team (4-0) continued their hot start to the season with a 75-62 victory over the Quincy Hawks (2-3) on Monday. Kingsley Perkins (Ypsilanti, Mich.) opened up the scoring for the Lakers, but Quincy was able to jump out to an 11-4 lead. LSSU would then battle back as back-to-back threes from Tyson Edmondson (Ypsilanti, Mich.) tied up the score and helped jumpstart a 16-2 Laker run to go up by eight.
