LUBBOCK, Texas (BVM) –Tyler Shough went down in Texas Tech’s fourth game of the season, suffering a fractured fibula. It was thought that those could be his final moments at the college level considering it was his fifth year.
The former four-star recruit instead announced his decision on Sunday that he would opt for a sixth season and enter the transfer portal.
Shough played 12 games at Oregon prior to transferring to Lubbock, Texas, where he made 15 appearances in three seasons. The 24-year-old has 4,625 career passing yards with 36 passing touchdowns.
