Heilen Earns Third CAA Swimmer of the Week Honor

WILLIAMSBURG, Va. – For the third time in the 2023-24 season and the second time in the month of November, Sophia Heilen has been named CAA Women’s Swimmer of the Week, the league announced Tuesday. The sophomore had a record weekend at the WVU Invitational, breaking her own CAA record in the 100 Fly and replacing a pair of her own W&M program records.
