Men’s Basketball announces inaugural Fight for Ferguson Game

SALISBURY, Md. – There will be a greater significance to the Salisbury University men’s basketball team’s contest against Penn State Schuylkill on Saturday, Jan. 6. The game has been chosen as the inaugural Fight for Ferguson game, as announced by the team on Tuesday. The proceedings will honor Jack Ferguson, a Sea Gull men’s basketball player who tragically passed away during his senior season on March 10, 2019, following a battle with histiocytic sarcoma, a rare form of cancer.
