The NHL has named Pittsburgh Penguins captain Sidney Crosby their third star of the week. Crosby scored seven points (5G-2A) in four games this past week, including a four-point performance against the Columbus Blue Jackets, where he tallied his 13th career hat trick. Crosby’s notable week only adds to his dominant start to the 2023-24 season. Through 17 games, the Penguins’ captain has 22 points (12G-10A) and has registered a point in all but two games this season.
