Pascal Siakam drawing trade interest; 5 possible landing spots
TORONTO, Ontario (BVM) – Pascal Siakam is one of the best power forwards in the NBA and has championship experience. The two-time All-Star is putting together another stellar season, scoring over 22 points per game on 52.1% shooting from the field while guarding all positions at an elite level.
The Toronto Raptors are early in the process of a roster reset after trading longtime Raptor OG Anunoby to the New York Knicks for younger pieces. Siakam is in the last year of his contract and could be the next player on the move.
Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reported that Toronto is looking to build around 22-year-old Scottie Barnes and 30-year-old Siakam doesn’t fit that timeline.
