5 candidates to have their number retired by Toronto Raptors

5. Demar DeRozan (2009-18)

DeRozan was the ninth overall pick in the 2009 NBA Draft by the Raptors and the organization could not have asked much more from him. He played 675 games for the organization and he made four All-Star appearances throughout his time in Toronto. He also had two All-NBA selections with the Raptors.

The star guard helped guide Toronto to the Eastern Conference finals in 2016 for the first time in franchise history. DeRozan left the Raptors as the team’s all-time leader in games played.
