5 biggest winners of the NCAA football transfer portal
Ohio State
The returning Buckeyes alone make Ohio State look like a true contender for next season. Emeka Egbuka, Jack Sawyer and Denzel Burke will be back in Columbus in 2024, rather than starting their professional careers. The Buckeyes however did not settle for their current roster, as they were one of the more aggressive schools in the portal this winter. Safety Caleb Downs from Alabama is the biggest addition and they also picked up one of the best running backs in the country in Quinshon Judkins from Ole Miss. Ohio State has also secured the QB position with Will Howard from Kansas State and Julian Sayin from Alabama. The Buckeyes may be the favorites to win it all thanks to their new talent.
