The No. 3 Boston University men's ice hockey team will host Merrimack on Friday night at Agganis Arena on NESN and ESPN+, with puck drop scheduled for 7 p.m. The Terriers have won two straight games, including a 4-3 victory over No. 1 Boston College in the Beanpot semifinals, and are in a strong position leading up to the matchup.

Merrimack has lost six straight games but did secure a 4-1 triumph against nationally ranked UMass. Junior Matt Copponi leads Merrimack in points (30) and assists (23), while senior Alex Jefferies leads with 12 goals. Both Ollas and Borgiel have been handling goaltending duties for Merrimack.
