ATLANTA (BVM) – The NASCAR Cup Series has seen its fair share of thrilling finishes over the years and one of the best occurred in just the second race of the 2024 season.
The 2024 Ambetter Health 400 in Atlanta was an exciting race that featured several wrecks, multiple lead changes and some terrific driving by many of the sport’s biggest names. Ryan Blaney held the lead on the final lap, but Kyle Busch and Daniel Suarez would catch him down the stretch to create a thrilling, three-wide photo finish as the checkered flag waved. In the end, Suarez won by 0.003 seconds in one of the closest and most memorable Cup Series finishes of all time.
