
Austin Ekeler’s free agency: 5 landing spots for star RB
LOS ANGELES (BVM) – If someone has played fantasy football over the past five years, they’re likely familiar with running back Austin Ekeler, the dual-threat dynamo for the Los Angeles Chargers. During his seven seasons with the Chargers, Ekeler recorded 4,355 rushing yards, 3,884 receiving yards and 69 total touchdowns, leading the league in touchdowns scored in both 2021 and 2022.
While Ekeler has played like one of the top running backs in the league in recent years, he hasn’t been paid like one which caused him to request a trade last spring. After a disappointing 2023 season, Ekeler will look to receive the contract he has hoped for as a free agent this offseason.
