MILWAUKEE — Dylan Cease pitched six strong innings and the Padres scored four first-inning runs, three on a Ha-Seong Kim homer, in a 6-3 victory over the Brewers on Tuesday night at American Family Field. Cease (2-1) gave up just two hits and one run while striking out seven and walking five. He threw 110 pitches (64 strikes). The Padres sent nine batters to the plate in the first.
