8. Gordon Rhodes, RHP (Salt Lake City)
Rhodes pitched in the major leagues from 1929-1936, playing for the Yankees, Red Sox, and Athletics. In 200 games pitched, Rhodes posted a 43-74 record, 4.85 ERA and 356 strikeouts. His best season was in 1933 for the Yankees, posting a 4.03 ERA and 85 strikeouts. Rhodes retired following the 1936 season as a Philadelphia Athletic.
