(BVM) – One of the biggest storylines of an NFL season is rookie quarterbacks and how they look in their first taste of professional football. This year, the Washington Commanders are set to host the Chicago Bears in an October matchup that will likely feature the No. 1 and No. 2 overall picks, Caleb Williams and Jayden Daniels respectively.
This might seem like an obvious matchup to make, but it is actually somewhat rare for the top rookie QBs to face off against one another. Assuming both play, it will be the sixth matchup between rookie QBs who were selected No. 1 and No. 2 overall since the AFL-NFL merger.
