Ranking each Big Ten starting QB for the 2024 football season
9. Kurtis Rourke, Indiana
Rourke should earn the starting role for new Indiana head coach Curt Cignetti and could thrive in his offensive system. Rourke is an experienced quarterback as the 2024 season will be his sixth in college football after spending his first five seasons playing at Ohio. He had several strong campaigns with the Bobcats highlighted by a 2022 season where he threw for 3,256 yards, 25 touchdowns and just four interceptions while completing over 69% of his passes as MVP of the Mid-American Conference. Rourke failed to replicate that success in an up-and-down 2023 campaign, but his upside and big arm should give the Hoosiers a more explosive offense as they begin a new era in 2024.
