Vikings Basketball Elevates Alberto De La Torre To Role Of Assistant Coach

Portland State Basketball Coach has announced the elevation of Director of Operations Alberto De La Torre to Assistant Coach for the Vikings. De La Torre has been with the Vikings basketball program since 2018 when, as a student at PSU, he began working as a team manager, then was a graduate assistant. In 2021, De La Torre was named the Vikings' Director of Basketball Operations by Coburn. As a result, he has been with the program longer than anyone but Coburn.
