Officer involved in Miami Dolphins WR Tyreek Hill incident suspended at least six times

The officer involved in Tyreek Hill's incident before the Miami Dolphins game last Sunday has a laundry list of previous issues on his record. Officer Danny Torres has 27 years of service and at least six suspensions, according to CNN. Those six suspensions span from 2014 through 2019. Four additional reprimands happened between 1999 and 2000. Torres's personnel record showed that he used a variety of force techniques including pushing, pulling, striking, and hitting from 2002 to 2022.
