Mountaineers Tabbed No. 28 in USTFCCCA Coaches Poll
MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The West Virginia University cross country team was picked No. 28 in the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Association's Coaches Poll, as announced by the organization on Tuesday evening. The Mountaineers enter the poll after receiving votes during the first three weeks of the season. West Virginia's No. 28 ranking is the highest since Sept. 13, 2022, when the Mountaineers were tabbed at No. 25.
