Vestavia Hills ends MGM’s season

Just what kind of night it was going to be was apparent early in Thursday night’s Alabama High School Athletic Association (AHSAA) Class 7A first-state playoff game featuring Vestavia Hills at Mary G. Montgomery (MGM). The visiting Rebels scored touchdowns on their first four offensive possessions to rush out to a 21-point lead and they made that the margin of victory in a 42-21 victory over the Vikings.
