WINTER HAVEN — The Lemon Bay volleyball team may end up being the best 13-13 team in history with the way they have played against some of the toughest competition in the state. They were never afraid to play anybody and certainly weren’t afraid to play Bishop Moore in a Class 4A state champions semifinal at Polk State College on Thursday.
