Girls hockey: Jags Stars split opening pair

After dropping the season opener to Prior Lake 8-1 on Nov. 7, Bloomington Jefferson/Richfield girls hockey rebounded with a 5-0 win against Robbinsdale Armstrong/Cooper in New Hope on Saturday. The Jaguars broke up the shutout bid on on Nov. 7 midway through the second period as senior Kylie Jones scored with assists from sophomore Veya Flanders and senior Avery Kapsner.
