WestConn’s Green Collects MASCAC Football Defensive Player Of The Week

WESTFIELD, Mass. – Western Connecticut State University Junior DB Mileeq Green (Bridgeport,Conn.) was honored as the Massachusetts State College Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Football Defensive Player of the Week for his outstanding play in WestConn’s 58-17 win against Castleton on Saturday. Green made six tackles, three solo, and an interception that he returned 32 yards for a touchdown to collect the Sean Salisbury Trophy MVP award.
