10. Todd Monken

Monken, 58, is one of the older candidates on this list, but his experience and recent success could land him his first NFL head-coaching gig. Monken interviewed with multiple teams last offseason after overseeing a dynamic Baltimore Ravens offense. The unit has only gotten better this season as the Ravens are No. 1 in the league in both rushing yards per game (187.6) and total yards per contest (424.9). Baltimore also ranked third in the league in scoring during the regular season with Lamar Jackson playing at an MVP level. Monken was an offensive coordinator for the Cleveland Browns and Tampa Bay Buccaneers prior, and served in the same role at the collegiate level at Georgia while also gaining head-coaching experience at Southern Miss. Other candidates may have more upside, but he would fit well with a young quarterback.
