First-Place Marist Pulls Away from Stags in 61-51 Decision

POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. – After more than 33 minutes of back-and-forth basketball on Sunday afternoon at Marist, the host Red Foxes ended the game on a 15-4 run to knock off Fairfield University Men’s Basketball, 61-51. The Stags were led offensively by a game-best 16 points from Jamie Bergens . With the loss, Fairfield slips to 2-3 in the MAAC as a part of a 6-10 overall mark.
