Lamar University Ends Losing Streak with 14-3 Win over Prairie View A&M

BEAUMONT, Texas — Lamar University snapped its three-game losing streak with a 14-3 seven-inning victory over the Prairie View A&M Panthers on a wet and gloomy Wednesday night at Vincent-Beck Stadium. The Cardinals were walked 20 times, falling five short of tying the all-time NCAA record for walks drawn by a team in a single game.
