No. 23 men’s golf in sixth after first round of ODAC Championships

GREENSBORO, N.C. — No. 23 Averett University men’s golf opened the first round of the 2025 Old Dominion Athletic Conference Championships with a collective 10-over-par 298 Monday at Forest Oaks Country Club. The Cougars are in a tie for sixth place after 18 holes in the 54-hole tournament on the par-72, 6,970-yard course. All five Averett golfers were within two strokes of each other.
