Early McMurry Offense Not Enough as Concordia Takes the Game
Round Rock, TX – The War Hawks faced Concordia in the first round of the SCAC Conference Tournament. Both teams were held scoreless in the first inning. McMurry’s offense came alive in the top of the 2nd inning. Conference Player of the Year, Michael Smosna , drew a lead-off walk. Nolan Scherencel reached on an error by Concordia’s centerfielder, allowing both runners to advance to second and third.
