Softball: Macalester Hosts Bethel in First Round of MIAC Playoffs

PAUL, Minn. – For the first time in the 22-year history of the MIAC Playoffs, the Macalester College softball team is hosting a playoff game, facing Bethel University on Thursday, May 8 at the Macalester Softball Complex. The first-round game between the fourth-seeded Scots and the fifth-seeded Royals begins at 4:30 p.m., with the winner advancing to the semifinals on Saturday, May 10 at Saint Mary’s University in Winona, Minn.
