Track and Field: Two Hawks Participate in F.I.R.E. Meet at Williams, Garcia Takes Second

WILLIAMSTOWN, MASS. – Roger Williams University athletes Hailey Garcia and Griffin Hebert delivered standout performances at the F.I.R.E. Meet, hosted May 9–10, 2025, at Williams College. Garcia shined in the women’s shot put, earning a second-place finish in a highly competitive field. Her throw of 13.31m is her second best mark of her young career, trailing only her throw at the Conference of New England Championships (13.58m) a few weekends ago.
