Softball: Starratt Takes Player of the Year, Five Land on All-Conference Teams
BRISTOL, R.I. — Roger Williams University shortstop Shannon Starratt capped off her season by being named the Conference of New England (CNE) Player of the Year, leading a group of five Hawks who received All-Conference Honors. Starratt posted a .386 batting average while starting all 42 games for the Hawks. She tallied 51 hits, including 11 doubles, three triples, and six home runs, while driving in 27 runs.
