10. Steve Tasker, WR (1986-97)

While Tasker was rarely included in the passing game, he was among the best special teams players in league history. He became the first special teams player to appear in seven Pro Bowls, totaling 204 tackles in punt and kick return coverage. Tasker blocked seven punts, averaged 21.1 yards per kick return and was inducted into the Greater Buffalo Sports Hall of Fame in 2001.
