Marty Askenazi Commits to Men’s Basketball

The VTSU Johnson Men's Basketball team welcomes point guard, Marty Askenazi, to the roster for the Badgers' 2025-26 season. Askenazi, hailing from Denver, CO, was recognized as a 2x First Team All-Conference and 2x All-State Honorable mention honoree while representing the DSST Montview. There, Askenazi was a major contributor to the team success of the Knights, averaging double digit points per game through the duration of his HS career and collecting numerous "player of the game" acknowledgements on their way to multiple playoff runs.
