Puvill Shines on First Day at ITA Northwest Regional

BERKELEY, Calif. (Oct. 10, 2025) – Washington State sophomore Martina Puvill captured two singles victories to advance to the main draw at the 2025 ITA Northwest Regional, Friday at the Hellman Tennis Center. In the qualifying draw, Puvill had no trouble advancing through to the main draw following a 6-1, 6-0 victory over Eastern Washington's Maria Lopez Gomez. In her second match, she cruised past Seattle University's Daria Nazarenko, 6-2, 6-2.
