Black Bears fall to UCF in NCAA Tournament
ORLANDO, Fla. – The University of Maine women’s soccer team fell to seventh-seeded UCF, 2-0, in the first round of the 2025 NCAA Tournament on Friday night at the UCF Soccer Complex. Maine nearly broke through a minute into the contest on a Gillian Rover strike. The hosts, though, would find the back of the net in the 21st minute and take that 1-0 lead into the second half.
