CINCINNATI – No. 22 Xavier women’s soccer advanced to the NCAA Championship Second Round for the third time in program history after taking a 2-0 win over Dayton on Saturday evening at Corcoran Field. The Musketeers moved to 16-3-2 on the season with the win. The match was scoreless through the first half, with Xavier leading 6-4 on shots overall, but the Flyers holding a 4-3 advantage on shots on-goal.
