Women’s Basketball Downed at Grinnell

GRINNELL, Iowa — The Rockford University women’s basketball team fell to non-conference opponent Grinnell College, 76-52 on Saturday. Nia Wilkerson led the Regents scoring 20 points. Te Simpson totaled a double-double with 15 points and corralled 11 boards. RU started off slow to trail 19-1 to start the game, and trailed at the end of the first quarter, 23-4.
