Men’s Basketball Narrowly Falls to Indiana
BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – The University of the Incarnate Word men's basketball narrowly fell on the road to the undefeated Indiana Hoosiers 61-69 on Sunday afternoon. Tahj Staveskie once again led the way on the offensive end scoring 17 points and Jordan Pyke wasn't too far behind with 16. The Cardinals jumped on the Hoosiers early after a Pyke 3-pointer gave UIW a four-point lead 6-2. From there UIW put an emphasis on getting the ball down low to maintain the slim lead.
