Softball Splits Season Opener in Florida: Defeat Anna Maria (8-6), Fall to Concordia Chicago (5-1)

The softball team went 1-1 on the first day of their participation at the Space Coast Games in Melbourne, Florida. The Bearcats defeated Anna Maria of Massachusetts 8-6 in a comeback but lost to Concordia University of Chicago 5-1.
