Pitcher Grayden Harris Named Ferriss Trophy Finalist
HATTIESBURG, Miss. – Southern Miss sophomore left-handed pitcher Grayden Harris (Central, La.) was named a finalist Tuesday for the 2026 Ferriss Trophy, which is presented annually to the top collegiate baseball player in the state of Mississippi. This season, Harris has posted a 7-1 record with a 3.31 ERA in 13 starts, having fanned 85 and walked just 18 in 73 1/3 innings. In 13 starts this season, he has thrown at least five innings in 11 of them and six or more innings seven times.
