Men’s Tennis Up to No. 7 in National Ranking

GILBERT, Ariz. – The Swarthmore College men’s tennis team improved one spot to No. 7 in this week’s Intercollegiate Tennis Association National Ranking. The Garnet opened the NCAA Tournament last weekend with home victories against Allegheny College, 4-0, and Carnegie Mellon University, 4-1. Max Lindstrom went 3-0 across the two matches to lead Swarthmore. The Garnet will take on No. 3 Tufts University in the NCAA quarterfinals on May 19. The remainder of the tournament will be played at Champions Tennis Club in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The semifinals are on May 20 with the national championship set for May 22. Read…
